Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Scotch & Soda is looking for a part-time Support Officer to work remotely from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are seeking an independent and passionate individual who possesses strong cooperation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Providing support to various departments within the company - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assisting with data entry and maintaining records - Coordinating scheduling and appointments for team members - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations - Conducting research and analysis as needed - Managing incoming and outgoing communications

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work - Comfortable working in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
