Support Representative

Job Description:

ParkBee is seeking a Support Representative to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience but who possess a strong passion for customer service and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Assist with billing inquiries and process payments - Provide guidance and assistance to customers with using our platform - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to the team

Requirements: - Independent and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
