Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our team at Damen Shipyards Group in Eindhoven, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming support calls and emails from clients and providing technical assistance remotely. 2. Troubleshooting issues with hardware and software, diagnosing problems, and recommending solutions. 3. Documenting all support interactions and resolutions in our system for future reference. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up support. 5. Assisting in the development of support documentation and training materials for clients. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible support.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively. 3. Excellent time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
