Support Representative - Work from home

TomTom is seeking a motivated and dedicated Support Representative to work remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Work collaboratively with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and identify trends - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and support efficiency metrics

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding solutions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience using support tools and CRMs - Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus - Comfortable learning new technologies and software quickly
