Support Specialist

Job Description:

Suitsupply, a leading men's fashion brand, is seeking a passionate and confident Support Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and effective responses - Assist customers with product information, sizing, and order placement - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide feedback for improvement - Manage and maintain customer records and databases accurately - Provide support for various projects and initiatives as needed - Uphold the company's standards of excellence and ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism - Strong project management skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a team environment
