Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Booking.com is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for individuals who are hardworking and energetic.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding bookings, accommodations, and travel destinations. 3. Assist customers in navigating the Booking.com website and mobile app. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools. 5. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
