Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Coolblue is looking for a passionate and resourceful Web Chat Manager to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a mid-to-senior level position with 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and providing exceptional customer service to our online visitors.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to incoming web chats in a timely and professional manner - Engage with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues - Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless online shopping experience - Analyze web chat data to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for improvement - Develop strategies to increase web chat efficiency and customer satisfaction - Train and mentor web chat agents to deliver high-quality service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
