Job Description:
Van Oord is seeking a passionate and confident Web Chat Representative to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' issues - Document all interactions with customers for future reference - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - High emotional intelligence - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
