Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Tony's Chocolonely is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate level position with at least 3 years of experience, the Web Chat Specialist will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Tony's Chocolonely's mission and values to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Monitor chat queues and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Utilize knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and efficient support to customers - Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while engaging with customers

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably with online chat support - Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Energetic personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
