Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Unilever is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are resilient and driven individuals. The ideal candidate will possess creativity and research skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through web chat support - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong research skills - Visa sponsorship available
