Job Description:
TNO is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level Specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our users. This role requires a hardworking and independent individual who possesses strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 4. Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience. 5. Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or web chat support. 3. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems. 6. Exceptional multitasking and time management skills. 7. Previous experience in e-commerce or technology industry is a plus.
