Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Rituals Cosmetics, a global leader in luxury cosmetics and self-care products, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our remote team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across various platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases. 5. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 4. Reliable and adaptable with the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. 5. Critical thinking and strategic planning skills to effectively troubleshoot customer issues. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
