Job Description:
Mollie is seeking a driven and energetic Support Specialist to join our remote team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients, resolving any issues they may encounter, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our payment processing platform. 3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up support. 4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of support resources. 5. Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on our platform as needed. 6. Work closely with our product team to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus. 7. Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
