Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and driven Web Chat Assistant to join our team at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. This is a remote work position based in Eindhoven, Netherlands. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat on our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and any other related requests - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while communicating with customers - Utilize strategic planning and adaptability to handle various customer situations efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep up to date with airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and punctual - Driven and eager to learn and grow within the company - Strategic planning and adaptability skills
