Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

As a Web Chat Representative at Action, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Eindhoven, NL, with an Associate Level seniority and a requirement of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through web chat. 2. Utilize persuasive communication skills to guide customers through purchasing decisions. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and reliability in all customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Meet or exceed set targets for response times and customer satisfaction metrics. 6.
