Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Patagonia Europe is seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant for remote work in Eindhoven, NL. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have a passion for the outdoor industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Patagonia Europe's products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns across various channels - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure marketing materials are produced on time and within budget - Assist in the analysis of marketing data to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to promote brand awareness - Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, and print collateral - Support the marketing team in organizing events and trade shows - Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in marketing - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Experience with content management systems and marketing analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred - Personality traits: independent, hardworking - Soft skills: people management, innovation
