Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at HEMA in Amsterdam, NL. As a part-time member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic - Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and SEO - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for online platforms - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as email newsletters, social media posts, and website content - Work closely with the marketing manager to execute marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives - Support the overall marketing team with various tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field - Strong communication and planning skills - Resilient and dedicated attitude - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
