Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Digital Marketing Associate to join the team at Bynder in Rotterdam, NL. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in various initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives. - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to effectively reach target audiences. - Support in the creation of marketing collateral such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies. - Assist in the coordination of events, webinars, and other promotional activities. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Passion for digital marketing and staying current on industry trends. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
