Remote Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Otrium is seeking a driven and reliable Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This part-time role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating marketing campaigns and strategies to promote Otrium's products and services - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for various marketing materials - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness - Assist in coordinating events and communications with external partners - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 2+ years of experience in marketing - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
