Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Picnic Technologies products and services. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels. 4. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia content. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to the marketing team. 6. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. 7. Support the organization of events, webinars, and other marketing activities. 8. Assist in lead generation and nurturing activities to drive sales and business growth. 9. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. 10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Proven experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years of experience. 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 6. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 10. Experience working remotely and managing tasks efficiently.
