Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Ahold Delhaize is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in marketing. The successful candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, and possess strong strategic planning and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results - Support the development of marketing materials and content - Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
