Dott is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing and a passion for digital innovation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling posts. - Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Energetic and adaptable personality traits. - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
