Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

LiteBit is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in online marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and people management skills, as well as a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention - Manage and optimize social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement - Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content and campaigns - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve marketing efforts

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in online marketing - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and social media marketing - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Proven track record of delivering results in a deadline-driven environment
