Communications Specialist - Work from home

Royal IHC is seeking a dedicated and resilient Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively promote the company's brand and message - Create engaging content for social media, press releases, newsletters, and website - Manage media relations and coordinate interviews and press conferences - Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends - Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure consistent messaging - Handle crisis communication situations in a timely and professional manner - Assist in organizing events and promotional activities - Stay up-to-date on the latest communication tools and techniques

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems - Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
