Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a dedicated and reliable Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis and work from home. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our audience. 2. Create compelling content for various platforms including social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases. 3. Maintain and establish relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders. 4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. 6. Support the PR team in organizing events, product launches, and other communications-related activities. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Innovative mindset and the ability to think creatively. 7. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
