Online Social Media Manager

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience - Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives - Analyze key metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality with a passion for social media - Strong leadership skills and the ability to plan and execute campaigns effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools - No previous experience required, but a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
