Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Dott in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the Online Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the online presence and social media accounts of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and possess a strong work ethic, as well as high energy levels to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms - Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions - Stay current on emerging platforms and technologies to stay ahead of the curve in social media marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Hardworking and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
