Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Social Media Manager to join our team at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in Utrecht, NL. As an Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the field of social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics and performance to optimize content and engagement - Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to enhance our online presence

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - A passion for travel and aviation is a plus - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
