Job Description:

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a Remote PR Associate to join our dynamic team in Utrecht, Netherlands. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with at least one year of experience in public relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders - Create engaging press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials - Monitor and analyze media coverage to track the success of PR campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR efforts align with overall marketing objectives - Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies - Assist in organizing and managing events, press conferences, and product launches - Provide support to the PR Manager as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proven experience in building and maintaining media relationships - Knowledge of PR tools and techniques, including media monitoring and analysis - Hardworking and motivated with a passion for the beauty industry - Persuasion skills and innovative thinking are essential - Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
