Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at KPN in Eindhoven, NL. As a part-time Associate level position, the Social Media Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. 2. Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to create and publish engaging content. 3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 4. Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. 6. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand. 7. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and increase brand awareness. 8. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. 9. Stay abreast of industry news and developments to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strategic planning and people management soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
