Social Media Manager

Job Description:

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Resourceful in finding creative solutions to any social media challenges - Reliable in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in social media management - Excellent planning and analytical skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful mindset to problem solve effectively - Reliable in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently
