What will be my role?

It's all about ensuring everyone works together smoothly to achieve the best results. You'll spearhead the implementation of Agile methodologies, ensuring that hardware development processes are agile, adaptive, and responsive to change. Your proactive approach will involve refining workflows, optimizing productivity, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. Coaching and mentoring will be central aspects of your role. If any risks or problems arise, you'll tackle them head-on, keeping things moving forward. You're not just building hardware; you're building a more agile future!

Gotcha, what do you want from me?

Armed with a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on hardware development experience, you're ready to take on the challenge. You're no stranger to Agile frameworks, and you know how to make them work. Plus, you've got a solid grip on Lean principles. Can you show some extra relevant certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master or another relevant one? Cool! But it's not just about knowing your stuff, you're also great at teaching others. Communication? Leadership? You've got those skills. But what really matters is your passion for making things better!
