AI Operations Internship (Amsterdam / Hybrid)

Track Concepts (part of UNITH) is a global mobile content services provider. For over 15 years, we deliver mobile content including games, videos, ebooks and AI-powered digital humans to millions of customers worldwide (operating in 40+ countries). We are looking for an intern to support Track Concept's commercial team. You will support the Operations Manager and help expand the Artificial Intelligence product line by creating AI conversations & train the AI through machine learning. All products will be sold online so you can directly see the impact of your work.

Key Responsibilities

• After an intensive training-on-the-job, you should be able to understand the dynamic world of mobile content & AI products
• You will build conversations for demos of our products
• You will test the conversations from multiple customer angles
• You will train the AI to build different conversations based on your input
• You will create videos for digital humans
• You will match the right voice to each created digital human
• You will help test AI conversations in different languages
• You will help integrate the digital humans in consumer content portals
• You will support the sales team in selling the AI products
• You will help media buyers with the online campaigns (check conversion rate, click-through rate etc)
• You will A/B test online campaigns (knowledge of online marketing is a bonus)
• Understanding business needs by owning, troubleshooting and resolving their queries

Requirements

• You are currently living in Amsterdam and enrolled as a student on a Dutch University or doing the Erasmus course
• Available for 5-6 months starting around September 2024
• Good problem-solving- and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive “can do” attitude and assertiveness needed to get things done
• Are comfortable working in a digitally enabled environment
• Are comfortable working with numbers and have and affinity with data analysis
• Have a professional curiosity and you are eager to learn
• Have an affinity for online (affiliate) marketing
• Are responsible and reliable
• Team player
• Fluent in business English, both written & verbal.
• Fluent, both written & verbal in any of these languages is a plus; ARABIC, INDONESIAN, SWEDISH, DANISH.
