Assistant Master Trainer

The Role:  The Assistant Master Trainer (20-hours) supports the ongoing delivery and development of the PILAT3S product. Acting as a brand ambassador within our network, this role assists ensuring the PILAT3S experience is delivered consistently and to the highest standard. Responsibilities include: 

• Assist the creation of class programming and music curation to ensure the product remains fresh on-brand and engaging.
  


• Lead instructor recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.


• Deliver training academies and drive ongoing instructor development, ensuring instructors have the knowledge to deliver the PILAT3S product to the highest standard.


• Support the creation and delivery of training and product content, including educational materials and more.


• Conduct studio visits, audits and ad hoc reviews to ensure compliance across studios.
  


• Support new studio setups to ensure all studio touchpoints are in place to deliver the full PILAT3S experience.


• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting PILAT3S and building your own personal following as an Assistant Master Trainer.

About You

• Strong understanding of Pilates-based movement, the benefits and the PILAT3S brand.


• Confident and personable communicator with the ability to upskill fellow instructors.
  


• Organised and punctual; with excellent admin skills.


• Professional appearance and demeanour – willing to receive and deliver feedback.


• Ability to foster strong relationships and engage with people from all backgrounds and demographics.


• Must speak fluent English.
