We are ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, a bustling three-star hotel with 644 rooms, four unique F&B outlets, and a top team of 75 colleagues who warmly welcome our guests every day. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor with an eye for service, quality, and team spirit.

Your role as F&B Supervisor:

As F&B Supervisor, you are the heart of our F&B department. You ensure everything runs smoothly – from leading your team to streamlining operations in our outlets. You know how to motivate staff, delight guests, and seize commercial opportunities.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and support the activities in our 4 different F&B outlets;
• Keep an overview during busy shifts and ensure smooth handovers;
• Create efficient staff schedules and lead the team on the floor;
• Coach and develop your colleagues, raising the level of service;
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and encourage upselling;
• Actively work alongside your team during peak times – teamwork makes the dream work!

You are:

• Available 4 or 5 days a week;
• Hospitable, service-oriented, and a strong communicator;
• A true team player who easily switches between operational and coaching tasks;
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends;
• Positive, energetic, and ready for the next step in your hospitality career!

• A starting salary of €2,766.04 gross per month (scale 6) + 8% holiday allowance;
