Upcoming PRN dates: Nov 27, Dec 10, 23, 24, 30, 31

Additional date needed prior for shadow training onsite
Bilingual strongly preferred
Basic primary/acute care to employees
LPN on staff to assist
8-10 patients per day
$85 per hour
Paid malpractice, shadow training & module training (from home)
Must be BC
Must have MI FNP license
Must have 2+ years in primary care as an FNP
