We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our welcoming front-of-house team. You greet every guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive. With attentiveness, knowledge of hotel services and a passion for hospitality, you help create seamless, memorable stays and support a smooth-running reception for both guests and colleagues.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Welcome each guest with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive as a Front Desk Agent.
• Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring everything is handled efficiently and with care.
• Use your knowledge of hotel services to offer personalized recommendations, helping to enhance each guest’s stay.
• Keep the front desk area pristine and perfectly organized, ready to provide exceptional service at any time.
• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping and concierge teams to deliver smooth, seamless service as a Front Desk Agent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar hospitality role is a plus, but a passion for guest service is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of guests.
• A love for hospitality and a commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
