We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Part-Time Midday Caregivers to join our growing team in Holland, MI.

 Position Details

• 
  

  Part-Time Hours: 18 hours per week (with potential to grow quickly).

  
  


• 
  

  Focus Areas: Companionship, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), memory care, and personalized in-home support.

  
  


• 
  Shifts Available: Monday's 11:15am - 5:30pm, Tuesday's 8am - 3:45pm, Thursday's 11:15am - 4:30pm 

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.

  
  


• 
  

  Support with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver compassionate care to clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and office staff.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal).

  
  


• 
  

  Memory care experience is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

  
  


• 
  

  Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to commit to part-time midday shifts in Holland.
