• Supporting the HR Director and HR Officers in day-to-day HR work.
• Participating in personnel processes such as inflow, outflow and transfer.
• Managing vacancies and maintaining correspondence around recruitment and selection.
• Preparing recruitments and updating personnel files.
• Supervising new employees and supporting with payroll.

• Studies in HRM, administration or tourism.
• Has a good command of Dutch and English, both written and oral.
• Hospitable, representative and communicatively strong.
• Can work independently and service-oriented within a dynamic environment.
• Is flexibly available, including willingness to work various shifts.
