Als administratief medewerker ben jij de spil tussen meerdere afdelingen zoals Sales, Planning en Taxatie. Jij ondersteunt deze afdelingen op administratief vlak en houdt jouw collega's actief op de hoogte van te ondernemen acties.
HOE ZIET JOUW WERKDAG ERUIT?
In jouw rol als administratief medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van binnenkomende taxatieopdrachten in het orderverwerkingssysteem. Vervolgens draag je ook zorg voor een soepel verloop van de opdrachten gedurende het proces.
Naast dit brede administratieve takenpakket draag je ook zorg voor facilitaire werkzaamheden, zoals het bestellen van kantoorartikelen. Ook vorm jij telefonisch het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die vragen hebben m.b.t. alle vragen die onze klanten hebben over onze diensten van de opdrachtgever. Daarnaast ben je de eerste verantwoordelijke voor het onderhouden van mailboxen en beantwoorden op een correcte zakelijke manier van deze mailbox(en).
