The role
As Office Manager, you are the backbone of our office. You make sure the workplace runs smoothly, colleagues feel supported, and daily operations are well organised.
This is a part-time role (24–32 hours per week), ideally spread across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with on-site presence at our office. You will work closely with management and support multiple teams.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, responsibility, and being the go-to person in the office.
Your responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
Act as the main point of contact for the landlord, cleaning services, maintenance providers, and suppliers
Coordinate repairs and facility-related issues
Be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers
Coordinate office supplies, lunches, snacks, and general facilities
Coordinate meetings, internal events, team moments, and office activities
Manage birthdays, anniversaries, and small team celebrations
Coordinate travel and accommodation
Handle basic administrative tasks and support HR and Finance if needed
Keep the office organised, welcoming, and well-maintained
Proactively identify improvements to office processes and workflows
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys supporting others.
Experience in a similar role
Strong organisational and planning skills
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Clear and friendly communication style
Practical, solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working on-site at the office
Fluent in Dutch and English and comfortable communicating in English

A salary between €3000 – €3500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek)
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (from 7.5 km commuting distance)
25 vacation days (+ bank holidays) per year
