Job Description - Office Manager (parttime)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Office Manager to help us create an inspiring and well-run workplace experience for our Amsterdam team.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything office-related — from keeping our space organised and stocked, to supporting onboarding and helping organise team events. Working closely with our Leadership and People & Culture team, you’ll help ensure our office reflects who we are: creative, collaborative and energetic.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the office to ensure everything operates smoothly.
  • Keeping our workspace organised, welcoming and ready for collaboration.
  • Managing office supplies, vendors and facilities to maintain an efficient environment.
  • Supporting onboarding by preparing laptops, system access and workspace set-up for new starters.
  • Coordinating with our remote IT team on equipment set-up and offboarding processes.
  • Bringing energy to the office by organising team workshops, social events and celebrations.
  • Handling travel bookings and logistics.
  • Acting as the go-to person for office-related questions and support.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Some relevant experience in a front-office, administration or office support role.
  • Comfortable working with MacOS and digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace).
  • A proactive, “can-do” mindset — you see what needs to be done and take action.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Available part-time (exact days/hours to be agreed).
