As a concrete production employee you are responsible for manufacturing concrete products according to the set quality standards and specifications. Unlike the past, nowadays it is (robot) machines that do most of the work. In other words, it is still physical work, but not as heavy anymore due to the machines that take over parts of the work. You work in a team of professionals and contribute to the production process of concrete elements. You will be involved in light physical work, such as keeping the production machines clean and ultimately operating overhead cranes and possibly machines. There is a relaxed atmosphere within this company. Of course there is work going on, but not with enormous pressure. A lot is done about employee satisfaction. For example, a free Physiotherapist is available every Wednesday if you need help with anything.

• You speak the Dutch, English or German language
• Motivation and a flexible attitude are the most important

• Hourly wage of €16,98 gross per hour including ADV surcharge and shift allownance
• Weekly presence of Physiotherapist
• Working in 2 shifts (06:00AM - 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 23:00 PM)
• Any overtime will be paid at 150%
• Company that considers employee satisfaction very important
• Pension accrual, holiday pay and days off according to collective labor agreement
• Work clothes and shoes will be arranged for you
