Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and helping them remain safe and independent at home? We’re looking for a reliable and caring Caregiver to join our team in the Holland, MI area.

Position Details:

• 
  

  Schedule: ~30 hours per week (consistent shifts)

  
  


• 
  

  Location: Holland, MI and surrounding areas

  
  


• 
  

  Experience Required: At least 1 year of Sit-to-Stand (Hoyer or transfer assist) experience

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Experienced caregiver with strong knowledge of ADLs (activities of daily living)

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in sit-to-stand transfers and mobility assistance

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate and dependable personality

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

  
  


• 
  

  CNA certification or prior home care/healthcare experience a plus

  
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

  
  


• 
  

  Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Companionship and emotional support

  
  


• 
  

  Document care and communicate effectively with office staff and families
