As of 2021 Swissôtel Amsterdam operates with a franchise agreement with Accor. 

We are seeking a dedicated Rooms Attendant to join our hospitality team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Rooms Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
• Make beds and change linens as required
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and other supplies
• Vacuum, dust, and mop floors in assigned areas
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor
• Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met promptly
• Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently
• Friendly and professional with a customer-focused attitude
• Basic English communication skills, any other languages are advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is advantageous
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
