As a Runner you will help carry out our vision by effectively assisting in running the studio operations and supporting other team members. You will add value to the company’s success by taking responsibility over your tasks and be a great example. 

Becoming a Runner can be your first job from 15 years to 18 years. After this, you will become a Studio Assistant.

At the moment we've opened the job spec for our Groningen studio team, and we are looking to hire a team to start around May 2025. We recommend you to apply now to become part of the opening team.

What does your workday look like?
- You are the first point of contact for the riders
- You are responsible for maintaining clean and organised changing rooms, public spaces and locker areas and are responsible for a fully stocked changing room including supplies, towels and our Zenology products
- You are responsible for all riders in the studio to have a correct bike set-up and make sure classes start on time
- You form relationships with the riders and help build Rocycle’s community

- A love for sports and the Rocycle brand and an interest in hospitality and customer service
- Team oriented with an ability to multitask and combine communicational with operational tasks
- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You value tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene
- Proactiveness and a creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Flexibility within studio opening hours
- Basic verbal communication skills in English
