• Be the Marketing Maestro: Partner with the Business Development Director and agencies to craft a watertight global marketing and communications plan. 
• Own the Marketing Battlefield: You'll oversee every aspect of implementation, from budget management to measuring results. You hit the targets.
• Brand Champion: Guard our brand identity like a fierce defender. Ensure all external and internal communication aligns with global guidelines, making our brand a force to be reckoned with.
• Partner Power: You'll be the diplomat extraordinaire, managing our global Partner Network and international stakeholders. 
• Team Leader: Motivate and mentor your 3 direct reports, setting clear goals and guiding them.
• Data Detective: Dig deep into brand awareness data, unearthing trends and crafting winning recommendations for the Management Team.
• Social Media Sorcerer: Conjure up engaging content and manage our social media channels, turning followers into brand loyalists.
• Exhibition & Event: Plan and execute impressive exhibitions and events within budget, and measure the results.
• Stay on top: Sniff out the best marketing practices and suppliers, ensuring maximum ROI for every euro spent.

• You are a creative marketing mastermind with a 10+ year arsenal of experience, preferably honed within an A-brand environment.
• You also are a B2B marketing whiz, fluent in the language of business growth. Defense knowledge is a major plus.
• You are a seasoned networker with experience managing a global partner network.
• You have a keen eye for details, and you effectively deploy visuals (graphic design) to support marketing and communications strategy.
• You are comfortable crafting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that showcase your marketing prowess.
• You hold a degree or HBO level education in a marketing-related field.
• You possess sharp commercial acumen, and your communication skills are clear and articulate.
