As a Sidekick (reception/bar/restaurant) at Zoku, you'll be the go-to person and problem solver for our beloved guests (or as we like to call them, residents).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Friendly first impression: Be the friendly face that residents meet first, making check-ins and check-outs a breeze, and answering their burning questions with a smile.

Master of the bar: Channel your inner mixologist as you switch between being a barista and a beer master, crafting delicious drinks and sparking lively conversations.

Bring people together with food: Become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

WHEN YOU'LL BE ON

You’ll work independently across different departments, with both morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may vary, and your flexibility will shine!

• Morning Shift (AM Shift): 07:00 to 15:30

• Afternoon/Evening Shift (PM Shift): 15:00 to 23:30

A FEW MUST HAVES

• You have worked in hospitality or in a similar customer-facing industry.

• You are fluent in English, any other languages are a big plus!

• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit to work in the Netherlands.

• You are available for 24-40 hours per week

• You are fully flexible, as there are no fixed working days / hours.
