In this role, you
Shape the system architecture of Philips Service Parts Supply Chain for flawless execution of E2E processes.
You are responsible for
Co-developing and implementing Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) Architecture Strategy & Roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining a strong alignment between the Circular Lifetime Solutions (CLS) portfolio and needed supply chain capabilities, offerings and commercial aspects.
Creating and evaluating new supply chain scenarios and concepts with an end-to-end scope, in line with the business strategy.
Working as an integrator together with experts and stakeholders from in- and outside the Supply Chain Management function.
Leading, designing, and developing CLS / SPS innovations in collaboration with IT and other partners to enhance customer experience and ensure operational excellence while safeguarding CLS / SPS processes.
Leading specific investigation and deployment projects.
Supporting the business and IT by sharing knowledge, experience and perspective.
Connecting the business to appropriate IT resources as necessary.
Supporting the business in clean-up following IT incident resolution.
Supporting the business with SAP process issues.

Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) is the single service parts provider within Philips Healthcare. SPS is responsible for the total service parts supply chain from the factory/suppliers to the regions. The strategy is to maximize the service part availability, minimize the total cost of operation and minimize the inventory level. To realize this strategy, SPS operates a global service parts network, including supply management, strategic planning, supply chain execution systems, forward Logistics (warehouse/distribution), Business Partner Management, reverse logistics and IT tools.
This is a global role, with preference for a location close to SPS presence (such as Best, Lodz, Pune).
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
8+ years of experience in IT solution design or supply chain management, preferably in a service environment with customer oriented/facing roles.
Proven ability in defining & implementing strategies to transform businesses functions.
Creativity and systems thinking.
Result oriented, persuasive, encouraging and motivating, and able to drive performance across functions.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to interact effectively with colleagues on management and leadership level.
Proven global skills; experience in a cross-cultural environment teamwork.
Project management skills.
Supply Chain background and SAP experience.
Experience in designing and improving cross-functional processes.
Experience in Lean methodology.
Good prioritization skills, keeping what is most important to the success of the business always in view.
Willingness to spend time traveling (10%).

This is a hybrid role with atleast 3 days a week in the office.
