IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

At Envalior the Transfer Pricing Officer has to comply with all fiscal regulations w.r.t. all internal goods flows, but also enable smooth handling of these flows and ensure availability of all fiscal and managerial information needed for steering.

The Transfer Pricing Officer will work in close cooperation with the inhouse Tax and finance departments.

Your key responsibilities to will be:

• Setup and maintain TP Policy, in cooperation with Corporate Fiscal Affairs
• Calculate TP’s according to the TP Policy, together with TP contacts in EU, AP and AM:
• once per month for existing flows
• on daily basis for new requests:
• for existing flows by copying existing methods
• for new flows by applying new methods, after consultation of Corporate Fiscal Affairs

• Setup and monitor TP’s to meet targeted profit levels in all entities
• Develop, implement and optimize a standard process and standard calculation for this
• Optimize business models to enable business needs, however in line with fiscal requirements and within limitations of our SAP system
• Store all relevant documentation to provide evidence to fiscal authorities
• Setup and share documentation w.r.t. transfer pricing process with all stakeholders
• Participating in finance related change programs, like ERP integration and shared service center transfer
• Maintaining relationship with third party service providers.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Relevant master degree in Business, Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance (finance manager, GL accountant, controller, financial auditor, etc….) or Transfer Pricing (consulting or inhouse) role.
• Is a proactive team player with strong communication skills.
• Can work independently within strict deadlines and are comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Has strong analytical skills, working with numbers/accounting data is in your nature.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & SAP skills are an asset.
• Experience in Transfer Pricing is clearly an asset.
• Good knowledge of English is a must.
